Venue certificate

General Liability is what leagues need to rent a facility. RDC coverage is through Special Risk at 5,000,000 liability for all venues.  Should you need proof of insurance for the venue you are using be it for games or practices, or a parade, fill in the venue certificate request form below.   

Please allow 7-10 days turnaround for each certificate.  

If you have had an injury that has interrupted your skating and ability to attend practice, please fill out the form below. Once the form is filled out we will email you a claim form to fill out if needed. 

Make sure you have seen a doctor within 30 days of your injury and have the doctor fill out the physicians portion of the claim form OR attach a copy of your discharge forms if you attended a hospital for your injury.

As of January 2024 there will be a cost for each day of $4 per person per day for skaters playing roller derby outside of Canada. 

This is a special rate offered by Roller Derby Canada. 

If your league or a skater is playing in a game OR attending a bootcamp OR event outside of Canada please fill out the RDC Travel online form on our website to notify us 10 business days prior to travel. Please fill out the form for your whole team, including skating coaches, and skating officials. RDC will invoice the league and/or skater after the form has been completed. 

Rollercon - The RDC special rate of $4 per day will also be available for those attending Rollercon. Please use the RDC Travel form on our website and have how many days you will be skating at Rollercon ahead of time. We will send out a special electronic card that you can have available when attending Rollercon to show your coverage. 

Please send the appropriate fee as per how many days you will be skating to Pamtera@RDCservices.org  this information will be on the travel form for you. 

This is for RDC league play only, RDC does not cover skaters to play in the USA on USA teams or in USA leagues. If you have a skater joining your league from another country RDC cannot cover them under the RDC accident insurance policy. 

RDC cannot stress enough that ALL skaters that do not have additional insurance above their provincial health care, especially skaters that travel to the USA or extensively through Canada, protect themselves by purchasing a plan that will cover all expenses in the event they are ever hurt. Our accident insurance is a very limited plan that meets the requirements of WFTDA and USARS.
